**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT**
POLEX TV PRICING IN 2025
Since transitioning POLEX TV to a legally registered, tax-paying tech support business in 2020, I have been personally absorbing the cost of the 21% IVA on all subscriptions paid via bank transfer, card, or PayPal. This has meant taking a 21% hit on income over the past 5 years, in order to keep my rates as low as possible, for as long as possible.
However, due to rising costs over the past five years, this is no longer sustainable going forward. Prices for *everything* have increased by an average of 30% since 2020, due to inflation. Throughout this period, I have maintained stable and consistent pricing, unlike many competitors who have increased their rates yearly.
While CASH subscription rates for POLEX TV will remain unchanged this coming year, starting from 1st January 2025, all *online* payments will be subject to 21% IVA, as I can no longer absorb these costs myself (which have amounted to many thousands of euros this year alone). This is a necessary and overdue move, in order to keep the business viable.
For an annual subscription of €240, this change will result in a price increase of ~€4 per month (a little more for shorter subscriptions).
I understand that this will be unwelcome news, and I fully respect if you decide to explore other options before your next renewal in 2025. However, I hope you agree that the quality of customer service I provide is worth this additional cost. For those who find this adjustment beyond their reach, there are options (particularly if you're local to Javea, hint, hint).
I also encourage you to seriously consider my Amazon Firestick-based sister service, Bee TV, which offers a *substantially* lower annual subscription rate, while maintaining the same high level of customer support. It's a great service that runs on a more budget-friendly platform, which is great for keeping costs down.
Current paid-up POLEX TV subscriptions will, of course, be entirely unaffected until the next time they are renewed.

I attach a new online rates table for 2025 for both services below, so that you can see and compare online rates for next year, well ahead of time. Cash rates will not change.

📆 EXPIRY DATES 📆
To check when your subscription expires, go to the ACCOUNT option on the home screen of your POLEX TV service (to the left of RADIO). To ensure a continuous service and avoid disconnection please renew your membership 7-10 days before it expires - LATEST by 27th of the month.
Want to know if your payment has been received? Check the ACCOUNT option every now and again… When your expiry date has been extended then your payment has been successfully received and processed.

If you are local and can renew your membership subscription in CASH, it would be much appreciated!
We have an informal arrangement with CAFÉ CORTADOS in Javea port (just along from the new public indoor swimming pool, and one road over from the port medical centre).
As always, please only leave your payment there in a sealed envelope containing your name and mine, as well as the amount contained inside (for security reasons).
ANY ENVELOPES LEFT AT CORTADO'S AFTER 27th OF THE MONTH MAY NOT BE COLLECTED OR PROCESSED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONTH.

🏦 BIZUM & BANK TRANSFERS 🏦
BIZUM is FREE to most Spanish bank account holders, and is by far the fastest and cheapest way to renew your membership subscription from your Spanish phone (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) with just a phone number (see below). Many Spanish banks now support free and instant BIZUM payments up to €500; check with your bank and make your payments easy and instant!
Alternatively, you may choose to set up a bank transfer from your Spanish account - details below. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to arrive (longer at weekends and public holidays), so please be sure to renew in good time, or use the optional 'instant transfer' option (extra bank fees may be charged by your bank)... BIZUM is much faster and cheaper, if you have it!
Payments received after 6pm or at weekends / public holidays will be processed the next business day.
