CLUB HOURS
Club opening hours are usually 10am – 6pm, Monday – Thursday and 10am – 4pm on Fridays (except public holidays). Summer hours (June – Sept) are 10am – 2pm, Monday – Friday. Outside of those times the phone is automatically silenced so replies may take longer, but you will get a response as soon as possible… So if you want to send a message with a query at 3am on a Sunday morning, please feel free – you won’t wake anyone! 😴
WHY ARE YOU A CLUB, AND NOT A TV PROVIDER?
We promote a friendly club atmosphere and run an online support and news group for our members (if you’re a paid-up POLEX TV member then you’re very welcome to join us HERE)… this is something that no other TV service of this kind does, to the best of our knowledge!
Mainly though, it’s because WE ARE NOT A TV PROVIDER.
POLEX TV DOES NOT SELL STREAMING CONTENT, we are a hardware SALES and TECH SUPPORT club only. We provide FREE streaming services for our members, which we source, manage and support. At no point is content EVER sold to members; it is, has been, and always will remain 100% FREE.
The servers we source our services from are privately managed and remain closed to outsiders, so there’s no risk of overloading. This means that you can spend more time watching and enjoying your TV, and less time managing the technical systems through which it’s provided (we look after all of that for you, which is why we charge a subscription fee for tech support, in addition to covering the cost of admin).
WHERE CAN POLEX TV BE USED?
POLEX TV systems and services travel well, and can be used worldwide wherever you have a stable internet connection. We have members all around the world.Â
PLEASE NOTE: if using our service in the UK, a VPN service will also be required. We recommend (and supply) SOL VPN. Please ASK US for details!
